We provide quick and environmentally friendly custom prints on almost any type of fibre and substrate.
Based out of Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China, we at IPH are dedicated in providing Eco-Friendly digitally printed fabrics. Our NANO-PIGMENT DIGITAL PRINTING SOLUTION brings new advantages and allows for our clients to adapt to the fast-changing textiles and fashion industries.

Why Us?
Shorter Sample and Lead Times
-
Our Nano-Pigment printing process cuts down the amount of time needed from design, to sampling, to production. Just provide us with your design in digital form and we’re ready to go. No need to create screens or rollers or use an inconsistent steaming process for samples or production.
Greater Flexibility
-
Our Nano-Pigment printing process gives our clients greater flexibility in several areas.
-
Thousands of colours: Production costs don't scale with the number of colours. Have any number of colours you want; the price stays the same.
-
No minimum order: Print as much or as little as you need, the cost per yard from one yard to whatever you need stays the same.
-
Intricate designs and effects: From gradient fade, drip dye, and vintage effects, whatever you can design on a digital file, we can print it. Have design details as fine as you want, down to fractions of a millimetre thin.
-
Eco-Friendly
-
We realise how much stress fashion and fabrics places on our environment, that why Impression's production process was created to be eco-friendly every step of the way. Our inks and treatments are compliant with European Union REACH standards and our production process uses vastly less water than traditional and other forms of digital printing, as well as generating almost no waste water.

PRINTING
What Can You Print On?
Our NANO-PIGMENT DIGITAL PRINTING SOLUTION has enormous advantages over tradition screen and roll printing, as other well as forms of digital printing such as acidic and reactive based inks. Our solution can print on almost any fibre and substrate you want.

Eco-Friendliness
Many companies claim to be eco-friendly, but what makes us different, and how do we do it?
The main area of environmental damage our printing solution targets is the large amounts of water used in the production of printed fabrics. Traditional, and reactive and acidic based digital printing requires more steps and more water to produce printed fabrics.

Our digital printing process uses less steps than traditional, and acidic and reactive based digital printing. This means less chances of mistakes and shorter delivery times. It also eliminates complicated procedures like heavy binder based pre-treatments and steaming, both of which can be error prone.

Where traditional printing uses from 8 to16 tonnes of water per 1000 metres of fabric, and other forms of digital printing can use up to 5 tonnes of water per 1000 metres of fabric, our method of production uses an average 20kg of water per 1000 metres of fabric.
That is from 400 to 800 times less water than traditional printing and 250 times less than Acidic/Reactive digital printing.

Another aspect is also the amount of waste water generated. With traditional and other forms of digital printing, tonnes of water are used to wash and treat fabric in preparation for production. That water comes out as contaminated and ultimately, waste water that is a hazard to the environment.
Our production method generates almost negligible amounts of waste water. That is around 5kg per 1000 metres of fabric. On top of this, there are no environmentally harmful chemicals in our waste water due to them being EU-Reach compliant. Meaning out waste water amounts to very little and easily treatable.
Compliance
-
All of our products and treatments in the production cycle are also EU-REACH compliant.
-
Along with this, we are in the process of getting Bluesign certified.
-
Under our parent company, Proceeco Enterprises Co. Ltd. we are also ISO-9000 and ISO-9001 compliant.
